Craving Depth
Why I’m Building a New Kind of Community
We have thousands of “friends” across social media. We scroll past 50 different ideas in a single minute. We're bombarded with so much information that our minds and bodies can’t make sense of it all. And so much of it is surface level…just a bunch of noise and drama.
Then we get stuck there—on the surface.
The surface tension catches us like a leaf fallen into a river, sweeping us along until one day we look up and realize we no longer recognize where we are. We can't quite remember what we were even doing.
Recently, I stepped back. Not a full break from social media, but a conscious pause. I stopped agonizing over what to post and how to stay "visible."
Because while I understand the importance of content—especially when you have an online business—I didn't want to just add to the noise. I didn't want to be another moment of distraction. I’ve been craving something else.
I’ve been craving depth.
So I started seeking out real conversations with real people. And I was reminded: it doesn’t take much to connect deeply when you can see someone’s face and hear their voice—even if it’s through a screen.
My work is all about depth. I guide women through releasing emotional heaviness, limiting beliefs, and stuck trauma energy. It’s not surface-level work. It’s vulnerable, confronting, sometimes uncomfortable—but profoundly healing. And that kind of work requires trust. It requires connection.
That’s why I’m building a new kind of community for women—an intentional space for depth.
It’s off social media for a reason. Every time I try to visit a Facebook group I’m part of, I get lost in the feed—pulled into the noise before I even remember why I logged on. Sometimes I never even make it to the group.
I want this space to feel different.
I want it to feel like stepping into a garden.
Quiet. Grounded. Safe.
A place to breathe, to connect, to slow down and remember yourself.
In this community, there are different levels of depth available to you:
You can join for free and attend our Connection Calls—gentle gatherings where we step out of the noise and into meaningful conversation.
You can go a little deeper and join us for workshops on the things we all need help with: setting boundaries, transforming self-talk, letting go.
Or you can dive into the deep end and join our Healing Circle—where we gather for group and individual release work.
Over the past few years, I’ve taken a few detours in my work. But with the creation of this community—and the upcoming release of my book in September, a 100th Anniversary Edition of The Game of Life and How to Play It—I feel like I’m finally settling into the calm, nourishing depths of what I’m here to do.
If you feel the pull too—if you’re craving depth and real connection—I’d love to invite you in.
The community is called Living The Game of Life.

Let’s step out of the feed… and back into real life.
